Putney Sauce
Putney Sauce 270g £3.45 + p&p: More Flamenco than Salsa ... a sauce of sun-smacked tomatoes, peppers and onions and a relish for anything from cheese to chops and perfect for dipping into. Why Putney? Well, it’s better than Scunthorpe (Sorry, Scunthorpians).
Romesco Sauce
Romesco Sauce £3.99 160g + p&p: So many people asked for this again so we gave in and improved it even more... and we won a GOLD award for it as well! A traditional Catalan sauce made from Almonds, Pinenuts and Red Peppers along with Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Nutty and peppery this is the ideal thing for white fish or chicken.
Tapenade Sauce
Tapenade £3.99 160g + p&p: Unlike any other. This coarse but full bodied and powerful mix of olives, capers, garlic, anchovies, oil and spices is still the best we’ve ever made or eaten. Cracking with lamb.
Dukkah
Moroccan Blue Dukkah 90 g £3.65 + p&p: A fantastic aromatic spice mix that is superbly versatile and livens up everything it meets. A Middle Eastern inspired mix of roasted nuts, seeds, spices and Halen Môn’s sea salt.
Hibiscus Syrup
Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup 250g (approx. 11 flowers) £7.75 + p&p:
Inviting .. Intriguing .. Reviving .. Refreshing .. Simply place a whole Wild Hibiscus Flower in the bottom of a champagne flute, pour in some of the crimson syrup and fill up with bubbly! All the bubbles stream off and slowly open up the flower – at the end of the drink you can eat the flower!
