Pepper Jelly
Colvin’s Pepper Jelly 265g jar £3.10 + p&p: Colvin’s Pepper Jelly is based on a traditional Barbadian recipe, made with a combination of sweet peppers and Scotch bonnet peppers, encapsulating the hot and spicy flavour of the West Indies.
Lovingly produced by Colvin Modeste, his pepper jelly is available in two strengths – Green Label Original or Red Label Hot. Colvin is a real innovator, and I often stock some of his latest jams / jellies which are always delicious, however, as a small producer, I usually only have a small stock – I recommend that you look out for his Blackberry Jam in the Autumn of each year.
